- Do we provide same day shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 48 hours. We always try to deliver our products swiftly to ensure that our customers are never without the materials they need. We will always have some of our most popular products on hand to ship out same day.
- Can we design a product from scratch?
Our products have been evolving with the rapidly changing industry. We have altered most of our products to adapt to whatever "ERT" or index our customers decide to use. We have also innovated new products to solve the ever changing issues that arise so often in our industry.
- Where do we ship to?
We have been shipping our products to everywhere in North America for 30 years. We have even gone as far as altering our parts to fit the needs of colder or warmer climates.
- How much is the minimum order?
As a small business we understand that not everyone needs a large sum of our products. We only have minimum order on our solitary Snap Seal tamper plugs.
